Our Story
Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
In the year 2000 the Cornfield 500 was founded by Blair Miller, a small town guy known for his love of community, motorsports, and good old-fashioned country fun.
In 2003 he met Sabrena while hunting and both their lives changed for the better, Sabrena and Blair appeared on the CMT television show My Big Redneck Wedding, where their larger-than-life personalities and love for celebrating the “redneck way of life” were on full display. Not long after, they took that same spirit and turned it into something special for their community — the Cornfield 500.
The event quickly became a favorite tradition where families and friends could gather for a weekend of challenger car racing, Racecar and SXS shootouts with professional side-by-side racers, live music, fireworks, and camping. It wasn’t just about racing — it was about bringing people together to ride their side-by-sides, enjoy the outdoors, and celebrate country living.
Like many events across the country, the Cornfield 500 was paused during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Another devastating event happened on June 17 th , the PSP chased a killer through the Miller’s home. Their home was surrounded for almost 12 hours, when the perpetrator wasn’t in there. The S.E.R.T. ended up launching 52 C.S./Tear Gas Rockets, and 4 flash bangs thru their home, resulting in 350K damages, destroying their home and lives for a while. They weren’t able to have any events since that incident, But the Miller family never lost their passion for the event or the community that made it special.
In 2026, Sabrena and Blair are proudly bringing the event back — bigger and better than ever. This year’s celebration, the America Cornfield 250, honors the United States Semi quincentennial, celebrating 250 years of American history. Presented by Baker Hill Motorsports LLC, the event continues the Millers’ tradition of creating an unforgettable experience where families can gather, celebrate freedom, and enjoy a weekend full of racing, music, fireworks, and community.
For Sabrena and Blair, the Cornfield 500 has always been about more than just an event — it’s about bringing people together, celebrating rural life, and creating memories that last a lifetime.
